Shipping policy
Processing times for most items in the shop are 7-10 business days. There is not a rush option available at this time so please plan accordingly.
Domestic Shipping Information
Items are shipped via USPS first class mail with tracking and occasionally FedEx and UPS with tracking. Upgrading to USPS Priority or Express mail only speeds up the shipping time. It will not affect the above processing times. Shipping time varies depending on your location both domestically and internationally. Shipping is calculated by weight and size.
Due to varying production times, some items in the shop will ship separately from others. These categories currently include journals, notebooks, pencil pouches, tumblers and keychains. If your order contains a mix of items, you will be provided with tracking information for each shipment.
Please note that once an item has been shipped, you will need to contact the shipping company for any delivery issues. Once an item has left the shop, it is in the shipping company's possession and any issues need to be taken up with the delivery company. Tracking information is provided for each order. For help locating a missing package, please visit USPS's FAQ page and/or contact your local post office.
I am not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If an item is returned as non-deliverable, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping charges to re-ship your order. Returned packages will not be held beyond two weeks. After which you will need to place a new order should you still like to receive those items.
International Shipping Information
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
