Due to the customization of most products, refunds are not available. Should an item be damaged upon receipt, please let me know so that I can rectify the situation. Undamaged orders marked as delivered will not be replaced to mitigate fraud concerns. Should your order be missing, please contact your local post office to begin the process of filing a missing mail complaint or visit the USPS Missing Mail FAQ page.
Every effort has been made to accurately portray the colors used in the product design. However, colors will vary on screen due to the monitor they are viewed on.
