Can you send my gift directly to the recipient?

Yes! A complimentary gift message can be included with your package so long as you indicate it is needed during the ordering process. The ship to address can be added during the check out process. Please note that orders cannot be split. If you are ordering a gift to be sent directly to the recipient in addition to items for yourself, you will need to place separate orders.

Do you offer gift wrap?

Yes! For an additional fee, your order can be gift wrapped. Items are wrapped in a gender neutral wrapping paper and tied up with our signature navy and white striped grosgrain ribbon. A gift tag is also included. Gift wrapping can be added by the item on individual product pages. For additional details, please visit the gift wrap page.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Unless otherwise noted in the product description, most orders ship 7-10 business days after being placed. Any delays will be communicated.

Due to varying production times, some items in the shop will ship separately from others. These categories currently include journals, notebooks, keychains, ornaments and pencil pouches.

What materials do you use?

My goal is to use as many eco-friendly materials as possible. Most paper and envelope selections are made of recycled paper. I try to use simple packaging to minimize the amount of waste once you are finished with your stationery. The padded envelopes used for shipping are made of recycled material, are easy to open and can be tossed in your own recycling bin when you are finished with them.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! But please be aware that any import taxes your home country may charge are not included in the price of the items or the shipping costs. You as the buyer are responsible for any import taxes on your purchases. For more information about shipping, please visit our shipping page.

Do you accept custom orders?

I accept a limited number of custom orders for events such as weddings, birthday parties and corporate events. Please contact me for availability and pricing. Minimum quantities do apply.

Do you offer bulk discounts or wholesale pricing?

I do not currently offer bulk discounts nor do I have a wholesale catalog and pricing structure.

Do you offer local delivery? Do you have a store I can visit?

Unfortunately we do not offer local, in-person delivery or pick up. The MC Paper Shop is a home-based studio.

What are your hours of operation?

Studio hours are generally Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Every effort will be made to respond to inquiries and emails during these hours. Orders and inquiries received after hours and on the weekends will be processed and responded to on the next available business day. Thank you for understanding that I run my business in addition to parenting my daughter and sometimes kids get sick and holidays and school breaks happen!

Photo Submission Guidelines

PHOTOGRAPH / Your high resolution photograph (300dpi) should be emailed to hello [at] meredithcollie.com following your purchase.

Meredith Collie Paper does not provide photo correcting at this time. This includes color correcting, converting a photograph to black and white or sepia tone and red eye reduction.

Photographs will be printed as they are received.

TERMS OF USE / When submitting your photograph, you agree that you are either the original owner or have obtained permission from the original photographer to reproduce the image. Meredith Collie Paper reserves the right to reject photographs with copyright information.
