Holiday Shopping and Shipping Tips
Holiday Break / I will be taking a holiday break December 15-January 5. The shop will be open and accepting orders, however they will not process or ship until I return in January. I will be periodically checking email. Please see shipping information below if you are looking for help tracking down a package.

This holiday shopping season will be just as hectic as last year. Supply chain issues, longer production timelines and shipping delays should be expected. I'm pulling together my best tips for the upcoming holiday shopping experience here as well as providing any updates as we get closer to the holidays.
HOLIDAY SHOPPING TIPS
It’s best to plan ahead when ordering personalized gifts and custom holiday cards. The holiday season adds volume to the system requiring not only additional time to make your item but also for it to be shipped/received. Orders can take 7-10 business days to be produced.

Important Holiday Dates
November 8, 2021 / Last day for international orders for Christmas delivery. Orders placed after this day may not arrive in time.
November 12, 2021 / Last day for orders for Hanukkah delivery. Orders placed after this day may not arrive in time.
November 26-29, 2021 / Black Friday-Cyber Monday Sale.
December 3, 2021 / Last day for domestic orders for Christmas delivery. Orders placed after this day may not arrive in time.
December 15, 2021 - January 5, 2022 / Holiday Break / I will be taking a holiday break and while the shop will be open, orders will not be processed or ship until I return.
Production timelines are 7-10 business days for all personalized orders. Please note that due to increased volume during the holiday shopping season, those timelines get stretched to the max.
Certain items in the shop will ship separately from stationery items. Included in that list are the following:
- Journals and notebooks
- Pencil Pouches
- Hand Towels
- Vinyl Stickers
Should your order contain a mix of personalized stationery and gifts, you will receive multiple shipping notifications based on the varying production times of the items in your order.
A rush order fee is not available at this time. Please plan accordingly.
Shipping is USPS first class with tracking. Faster shipping options are available during check out but please note this will only increase the time it takes for the item to ship from me to you. It will not decrease the production time.
Current COVID 19 and other delivery issues with USPS persist and can cause delays in delivery. Please review the shipping policy for additional details on how to handle delivery issues. It's important to note that once the package is picked up by USPS, it is in USPS custody and there is very little I can do to help provide answers.
USPS has instituted a holiday season pricing change effective October 3 through December 26, 2021.
