I'm so excited to share these new fall themed gratitude journals that are now available on Amazon. This undated, guided journal provides a simple, structured way to record your daily reflections.
These journals came about from a monthly design challenge I get through a creative mastermind group that I am a part of. The brief was simple: create a fall themed gratitude journal for the upcoming Thanksgiving season. After reading the brief, I realized there was a simple way to complete the assignment and a way that would be a little bit more.

I focused on the cover designs first and uploaded them to notebooks that can be purchased on Zazzle. This accomplished the simple way to complete the brief. These notebooks have inside pages that could be customized to suite the user's own purpose. However, when I thought about how I would use a gratitude journal, I realized I would want more guidance and structure.

I set about researching gratitude prompts, both physical and app based. Based on that research, I created the inside page design. The page has space to log up to three things to be grateful for. I love inspirational quotes, so there is a space for a daily affirmation that maybe pertains to how that day has been going. Because I'm a bit of a realist, I know that even if we want to focus on what we are grateful for and what went well in our day, sometimes we also need to acknowledge what challenged us. So that we can reflect and move on. The final section is an accomplishment list. A reverse to do list if you will.

The cover designs are fun and whimsical fall themes of pumpkins, apples and checkerboards. My favorites are the growth and gratitude covers. New, these journals are also available in both soft cover and hard cover.

My plan is to release quarterly, themed designs and I can't wait to get to work on winter themed covers.
