Spring Holiday Shopping Season
The spring season has many gifting occasions to plan for. Follow these tips to have a smooth shopping experience.
SPRING GIFTING TIPS
It's best to plan ahead when ordering personalized gifts. Production time is typically 7-10 business days. Shipping is additional time and will depend on which option you select during check out. While there are no rush fees available, you can speed up your shipping time by choosing an expedited service during check out.
Certain gifting occasions have flexible dates: graduation, end of school gifts, bridal showers and weddings. Give yourself plenty of time when ordering personalized gifts for these occasions.
Other holidays have a more set schedule: Easter, Mother's Day and Father's Day. See below for important dates regarding these holidays.
Important Holiday Dates
3.10.24 / Last Day for Easter orders. Orders received after this date may not arrive in time.
4.21.24 / Last Day for Mother's Day orders. Orders received after this date may not arrive in time.
5.23.24 / Last Day for Father's Day orders. Orders received after this date may not arrive in time.
5.24.24 - 6.5.24 / Shop Break. Orders received during this time will not process or ship until I return June 6, 2024.
Production Timelines
Production timelines are 7-10 business days for all personalized orders. Please note that due to increased volume during the holiday shopping seasons, those timelines get stretched to the max.
Certain items in the shop will ship separately from stationery items. Included in that list are the following:
- Journals and notebooks
- Keychains
- Pencil Pouches
- Hand Towels
- Coasters
- Vinyl Stickers
- Jewelry Boxes
Should your order contain a mix of personalized stationery and gifts, you will receive multiple shipping notifications based on the varying production times of the items in your order.
Rush Orders
A rush order fee is not available at this time. Please plan accordingly.
Shipping
Standard shipping is USPS ground advantage with tracking. Faster shipping options are available during check out but please note this will only decrease the time it takes for the item to ship from me to you. It will not decrease the production time.
Please review the shipping policy for additional details on how to handle delivery issues. It's important to note that once the package is picked up by USPS, it is in USPS custody and there is very little I can do to help provide answers. The same applies to orders shipped via UPS.
